Official Rules – "Etereo Turns 2" Giveaway

1. Organizer and purpose

The giveaway is organized by JÚLIA SERRA SEGARRA, with tax ID (NIF) ES39949765F and address at Camí del Pla, 18, 08392 Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona, Spain, owner of the Etereo House brand (hereinafter, "Etereo" or "the Organizer"). Contact: contacto@etereohouse.com.

The "Etereo Turns 2" giveaway is held to celebrate the brand's second anniversary, through its Instagram profile @etereohouse. Participation is free and no purchase is required.

2. Territorial scope and duration

The giveaway is international: people living in any country can take part, except in countries where local regulations prohibit this type of giveaway or require prior authorization for it, or where the Organizer is unable to ship.

The entry period starts when the giveaway video is published on @etereohouse and ends on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time, CEST). Later entries won't be taken into account.

3. Requirements and how to enter

Individuals over 18 years old with a public, real and active Instagram account can take part. To enter, you need to complete all of these steps within the entry period:

1. Like the giveaway video published on @etereohouse.
2. Follow the @etereohouse account.
3. Tag a real person in the comments (not brands, fake accounts or giveaway accounts).

Each comment that meets point 3 counts as an additional entry, with no limit. Each comment must tag one person, and comments duplicated automatically or in bulk through bots or external tools are not accepted.

The Organizer will check that the winners meet all the requirements at the time of the draw. If someone stops following the account or removes their "like" before the draw, their entry will not be valid.

4. Prize

3 prizes will be given away, one per winner. Each prize consists of 1 printed top from Etereo House, in the style, print and size chosen by the winner from those available in the Etereo House catalog at the time of redeeming it. Value of each prize: 45 € (VAT included).

The Organizer covers the shipping costs of the prize. Any tariffs, import taxes or customs fees that the destination country may apply are the winner's responsibility.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If the chosen style or print is out of stock, the winner can choose another option.

5. Winner selection, notification and delivery

The draw will take place on Monday, October 12, 2026 at random among all valid entries, using an online giveaway tool for Instagram. A single account can only win one prize. 3 runners-up will also be chosen, in order.

The winners will be announced in the @etereohouse stories and contacted by direct message from that official account. Etereo will never ask for passwords, bank details or payments in order to deliver the prize.

Each winner has 72 hours from being contacted to reply and provide their name, shipping address, phone number and their choice of style, print and size. If they don't reply within that period, don't meet the requirements or decline the prize, it will pass to the next runner-up. If no runner-up accepts it, the prize will be declared void.

The Organizer will send the prize within approximately 30 days of receiving the details. The Organizer is not responsible for delays or issues attributable to the shipping company or customs, nor for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

6. Other conditions

Exclusions. Employees and collaborators of the Organizer and their immediate family members cannot take part. The Organizer may exclude fraudulent entries, fake accounts, the use of bots, and comments that are offensive, discriminatory or that infringe the rights of third parties.

Taxation. Under Spanish regulations, prizes worth more than 300 € are subject to personal income tax (IRPF) withholding. As the value of each prize is lower, no withholding applies. Each winner is responsible for any tax obligations that apply in their country of residence.

Instagram. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated in any way with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Instagram and Meta from all liability and understand that they are providing their data to the Organizer, not to Instagram.

Data protection. The data controller is JÚLIA SERRA SEGARRA. The data (username and, for winners, name, address and phone number) is used only to manage the giveaway and deliver the prize, on the basis of the individual's voluntary participation, and will be kept only for as long as necessary for that purpose and to meet legal obligations. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@etereohouse.com, and you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Publication of winners. By accepting the prize, each winner consents to their Instagram username being published on Etereo's social media to announce the result. Any other use of their image will require their express authorization.

Changes. The Organizer may modify, extend or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons or force majeure, announcing it through the same channels where it was announced.

Acceptance and governing law. Taking part means accepting these rules in full. They are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer protection regulations.
