At Etereo House, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, you may request a change of size, color, or model provided that the products:

• Are in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
• The 30-day return period has not expired.
• The item is properly packaged.
• The item has not been exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke, or other odors.

Otherwise, the exchange will not be possible.

Returns within the EU

At Etereo House, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you placed your order.

Return Conditions – Important Information

We cannot accept returns if: 

• The products show signs of use or damage.
• The 30-day return period has expired.
• The item is not properly packaged.
• The item has been exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke, or other odors.

Please note that all shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, who also assumes the transport risk in case of return.

Returns outside the EU

Customers outside the EU are responsible for arranging the shipment of their return.

Please include a note with your order number and send the package to the following address:

Please ensure that your package is sent directly to us and not to a collection point. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and ensuring the correct delivery of the package.

Return costs

Due to the emissions generated by national and international transport, making a return has a fixed shipping cost. This will vary depending on the country from which the return is made and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Spain (Peninsula)	The return cost is €5.
Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)	The return cost is €8.
EU I	The return cost is €10.
EU II	The return cost is €15.
EU III	The return cost is €20.
