UK DELIVERY, DUTIES & TAXES

Who pays import charges
Etereo House ships from Barcelona, Spain. Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT, customs duties and a courier handling fee. These charges are set by UK authorities and the delivery company, not by Etereo House. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping vs. import charges

• Shipping: what you pay us at checkout to deliver your order to your address.
• Import charges (VAT, duties, handling fees): taxes and fees applied when your parcel enters the UK. They are paid by the recipient, separately from your order.

How it works
We prepare your order and dispatch it within 1 business day. When your parcel arrives in the UK, the delivery company will usually do one of two things:

• Send you a notice or link to pay the import charges before delivery, or
• Ask you to pay them when your parcel is delivered.

Once the charges are paid, your parcel will be released and delivered. Please keep an eye on your email and phone so you don’t miss the payment notice.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery to the UK is 3–7 business days from dispatch. Customs checks can sometimes add extra days. These delays are outside our control and are not grounds for cancelling an order or requesting a refund, but we will always help you track your parcel.

If import charges are not paid
If the import charges are not paid, the parcel will be held by UK customs or the delivery company and, after their holding period, treated as abandoned. In that case:

• We cannot recover the parcel once it is in the UK.
• Abandoned parcels are not returned to us, so no refund can be issued.

If you are unsure about ordering because of import charges, please contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to help.

Changes & cancellations
Orders are prepared quickly, so we can’t always make changes. If you need to modify or cancel an order, email contacto@etereohouse.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the order once it reaches us, minus the original shipping cost and any return charges.
