GIFT CARD CONDITIONS

• The Gift Card is valid only for purchases on our official online store: www.etereohouse.com. It cannot be used at physical points of sale, such as yoga studios.
• Our gift cards do not expire, so you can use them whenever you want.
• The balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is also non-transferable.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, you can pay the difference using any payment method available on the website.
• If the purchase amount is lower than the card balance, the remaining amount will stay available for future purchases.
• It is not possible to buy a Gift Card using another Gift Card as the payment method.
• If you return a product purchased with the Gift Card, the corresponding amount will be refunded back to the card.
• Etereo House is not responsible if the card does not reach the recipient due to errors in the provided email address, network issues, or if the email ends up in the spam or junk folder.
